Heartwood is a chef-owned and operated catering company serving northern and central Vermont.

We’re currently booking into 2020.

Our mission:  

1)  Support small, regenerative farms.  As often as possible, we source ingredients from our own farm and the farms of people we know and trust.  Our menus are seasonal so we can source locally.

2)  Build genuine relationships.  Our goal is to create incredible food, communicate often and well, and go the extra mile for details, presentation, and quality.  We are available to answer questions and make plans to make the process of hosting an event as easy as possible.

3)  Justice.  We hire locally and pay a living wage.  We commit to food justice through actions and dollars.
